Raphael is the Team Lead for Social Research at NOIPolls. He has over 9 years’ experience, 5 of which have been directly in the area of Social Research where he has gathered deep and wide ranging insights on research methods and survey instruments working across various industries.
Prior to joining NOIPolls, he was a Program Officer, Research and Strategy Development at CLEEN Foundation and the National Investigator for Afrobarometer surveys in Nigeria where he sucessfully planned and conducted various field assignments cutting across socio-economic topics such as creating awareness about issues surrounding police accountability.
Raphael is currently completing a Master’s degree in Project Implementation and Development from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State. He has attended various training programs and courses across Africa including South- Africa, Ethiopia and Kenya. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) from the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT). Raphael is a pioneer member of Harvard University Criminal Justice Indicators and Safety Affinity Group. He is also a football enthusiast and a strong supporter of Chelsea FC.
